It's good to see this thread pop up again. Nice blacks on those judicial thugs.

I still cant get over the speed and quality with which you churned out the Bkackfortress figs, awesome.

Thanks all. My painting output is basically 'feast or famine'!
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

Great work Matt.  Nice to get releases that you missed - even if it takes 20 or so years.

Thanks all :)

Here's a pic of some recently completed Imperial Naval Security I kitbashed. I used Dreamforge Eisenkern bodies, shoulder pads and weapons from Mad Robot, and helmets from MaxMini. The bases are from Champ Industries. The officer is from Victoria Miniatures. She has a new bionic hand, the original came with a hook. The backdrop is a space picture I bought off eBay, with a wall in front of it.

The descriptions of the Naval Security troops in Dan Abnett's 'Eisenhorn' books stuck with me, and I'd been wanting to make some versions of the troops ever since I read the books a few years ago. I accumulated the components, and the project went on the back burner for a few years. When GW recently announced the Necromunda Enforcers, which have a similar carapace armor vibe, I knew I had to get them done quick or I'd never get to them!

'get them done quick' he says. Wish my speed painting was that good.

Those fill the bill perfectly.

Lovely work as usual.
They certainly fit Mr Abnett's description to a tee.

Great idea with photo set-up too, I shall be stealing that one.
