Thanks everyone, appreciate the comments and feedback.

Up next is my November Inquisitor, a guy from the Rogue Trader era.

Brilliant!
He looks just the sort of zealous maniac so beloved of some in the Ordos!
That banner is wonderful too.

Introducing Imperial Governor Aegidius Ophatran and entourage.

Having been prompted to paint the 'Scum' (Space Eunuch to me!) as my next 40K Adventurer, I needed to figure out who he was guarding. I decided on the excellent Colony 87 Governor and his wife (now available from Crooked Dice), a damsel from White Knight, and I added a female warrior from the Cobalt-1 range. I think that the Eunuch and warrior woman are both sculpted by Naismith- can anyone confirm?

I also did a few more officials. One, the actual 'Official' from the 40K Adventurers range, plus some other very cool Colony 87 miniatures. This is my second time painting the set of Colony 87. Tedious to do them again, but damn they are a great range.

The official reminded me of this guy:

Lastly, the Scout:

Gettin' close!!!

Top drawer as usual, but you raise the bar yet again with the checkerwork patterns on the Official.
 :-* :-*

The use of the bust in the background is inspired too.

The governor and his entourage!  :-* :-* :-* Characterful sculpts, but your painting really pushes them to the next level.
