Show me your airial battle mats
« on: August 15, 2017, 12:33:02 PM »
I'm a big fan of Wings of Glory WW1 and WW2 dogfighting game and want to make my own game mat. I have a pre made one that is 2x3 but not big enough for some of the games I want to run. I want to make one that is at least a 3x4 or a 4x6 and would really like to see some of your all's airial game mats.

I use a blue Hotz mat with 1.5" hexes.
Not very exciting, but it does for sea battles or air battles over the sea (like much of the battle of Britain).

You can find a lot of ideas at the Wings of War website. I printed one on vinyl at Vista print using one of the maps available on the site.
