Don's Frostgrave
« on: August 20, 2017, 08:46:31 PM »
Just as a little side project I will start a small journey in the icey realm of Frostgrave....;)

I will start with a necromancer warband.
Pretty plain from the northstar minis for the necromancer and his aprentice.

The rest is made up of a few old plastic bretonians and some nothstar plastics. With a little metal from the leamountain sprinkeld in....;)

Cheers,
Don

That's a good looking warband, the figures all integrate really well!

Thanx for your comments....;)

Did a few quick steps for the terrain.

Just a few scratch build ruins...

Will be joined by my Garden of Morrr. Could only take pics on the kitchen floor, sorry....;)

Ruins fit in one of my transport boxes, cause I intend to game out of home.

Cheers,
Don

Don, you are such a fast worker, and to such a high standard!

This terrain looks perfect, and I love how portable you've made it.

You can fit all of your terrain neatly in one small box - I'm very jealous!  ;)

Thanx gents...;)

The terrain fits actually in two boxes.
One for the garden of Morr and one for the styropor stuff.

Cheers,
Don....;)

Dear gents...and follow wizards....;)

Here are a few more pics of my frostgrave stuff.
First pics are from my first two games.

Gaming at Battlefield Berlin...

Okay and here are the first ideas for a little fun on a side story.
Idea: under one of the more central treasures is a trapdoor wich leads to a cellar or crypt...

manage to get two of them in a small box.

Splashed some paint on it. Needs a little bit more colour...tooo grey in grey at the moment.

Next are some monsters on the painting table....;)

Cheers,
Don

Okay...here is my first themed gang, made of just one box of warhammer archers.

Really like the models...next to no skulls...:D

Colours are perhaps a little dark for games in the snow...

Cheers,
Don
