Ok so this thread will document my building of a Presidio for my Zorro, Comanche and Texas Rebellion games in and around San Antonio de Bejar and Alta California in the 1820s-30s.

Some of you may know I built a fairly sizeable collection of Adobe buildings many years ago most of which can be found on various threads on this forum. Well I haven't built anything Adobe related for probably three or four years. Inspired by Furt's  wonderful warehouse for his pirate games (found in the Floucy shirts board) I decided to build something again.

I am running a Zorro game at this years BLAM so thought it would be an appropriate time to drag myself from the doldrums and actually make something. This thread will serve to document my progress or lack of it! and hopefully provide me with the necessary inspiration to get it finished in time!

I'm using this wonderful picture as a guide. For one thing it will not be as decrepit and in such a state of disrepair. Mine will be freshly rendered at the expense of the heavily taxed peons!

Anyway enough rambling, off we go!

Me too! I love adobe buildings (you have seen some of mine)
And the Presidio is very challenging! Really wonderful!

Woo-Hoo!
I really like the look of the place.
Following this.
 :D

As an aside: I finished the Texian Iliad yesterday and it has given me enough impetus to be digging out the bits for the long planned hacienda as soon as I get the time.
Thanks for the recommendation, it was a very enjoyable read..
