If you have two Aces in your hand can you utilise them for the same purpose... play them both as the Queen of Hearts to heal two seperate men's wounds for example?

I don't see why not, there could potentially be 5 Queen of hearts played in a turn.....

Just like you said. I once had 3, count 'e, 3!, guys with out of ammo markers. I played 3 aces as 6s and they all blazed away!
