Help needed to ID some miniatures.

As the title says I'm looking for a hand at identifying the miniatures pictured below.  I'm pretty sure that the first two are Reaper but my trawl through their website came up with zilch - the other two I'm not sure of the manufacturer.

The second from right is a Warcrow mini, the right one from Enigma Miniatures

Many thanks for the info - I'll have to start labelling my minis from now on   

That just leaves two to go with the first young lady being endowed with six arms (which doesn't show up too well in my photo).
