Finished Geezers figs...
« on: April 02, 2009, 04:21:10 AM »
In an attempt to wrap up all the figures I got in 2008-2009 so far I put the nose into the old grinder to finish the Geezers Xmas pressie I got myself.

A familiar character to the Brits.

And his partner that didn't dig the birds and sarnies til his wife got brown bread.

Checkerheads, although I don't know if that's a Brit slang. Last time I heard it was Mr. Furious calling the cops that in Mystery Men.

Familiar American face as a counterpoint to The Sweeney ...

His partner, the man who would later hunt vampires in Salem's Lot...

He knows his limitations?

The Hasslefree version that I did at the same time... Saved on paint that way.

The Panther Party represents.

And Shonuff from the Last Dragon steals his duds from Bruce Lee in The Game of Death

Overall the figs painted up pretty easily and I can say they were actually pretty damned fun to paint and made a nice break from the samurais I was screwing up completely.

"Go ahead...make our day and show off your painted figures. Was that 5 figures or 6...I guess in all the excitement, I kinda lost track myself..."  8)

Thanks for sharing!!
Victory is guaranteed to the last man standing, but always remember those whom you stepped on to get there!!

I really like the Arkwrite and Granvile models, and the shop from your scenery set. Great!
