Lords and Servants AAR
« on: September 20, 2017, 10:04:00 AM »
Hello!
A small game according to the rules of "Lords and Servants"  Burgundians against the French. The French defended the village :)

And my AAR - http://ravenslab.blogspot.ru/2017/09/burgundian-wars.html

Looks like an interesting game. Very nice figures and terrain as well!
Not seen Lords and Servants used that often. Have a copy but never played the rules. Any thoughts on gameplay? (Sorry, can't read Russian.)

I recognise most of the figures as Perry WOTR and European armies.

How did you do the spectacular Burgundian mounted man at arms on the caparisoned horse (centre of bottom Picture)?

Is it a conversion using horse parts from Fireforge Crusaders and the rider from Perry Mounted MAA set?

Looks very much like it to me... and a crafty bit of kitbashing if you don't mind me saying so!

Great photos. And the no miniatures and terrain look top notch

Thanks! L&S is very interesting rule set in my opinion. But is mod of another system - Smooth&Rifles and author doesn't support it.
We have played it many times and used 100 and more figures/

Superb stuff. Wonderful photographs! Almost as entertaining as the deranged gobbledegook that Google Translate provides to accompany them.  :)

Very nice looking game, and of course with Perry medieval figures, everything looks better  ;)
Although I do spy one of Oliver's excellent Steel Fist knights in there too...
Well done and thank you for posting some of your pictures here.
