Question about force selection in Konflict '47
« on: September 22, 2017, 11:36:48 PM »
Is it possible to use "standard " forces. Can I take a falschemjager platoon without jump things, just normal troops. Or a regular tank zug?
I should be painting right now.

The K47 "rulebook's" pretty much just the Bolt Action Volume 1 one with the weird stuff added and associated special rules. They're just extra units, which well personally could have been released as just an expansion instead of its own game (there's about a similar level of unique content as a theatre book). If you don't want to play with them, or pull units from the Bolt Action theatre books there's nothing stopping you.

I have some volksgrenadier with a truck and a panzer III ausf N for infantry support and from what I understand you just cost them out in Bolt action if you don't have Konflikt 47 stats and plug them in.

My idea is that they are a unit that was formed in '44 when Germany looked doomed and now in '47 they're de facto elite irregulars who fight almost as dirty as the pioneers with whatever old stuff they can get their hands on by hook or by crook.

Sounds reasonable, a bit like a German "Howling Commandoes"

I’m a bit interested in some WWW II just don’t have the ability to make it to the local shops or keep up with the gang around here. I will eventually get involved more....

They’ve just updated it with stuff from resurgence, only got the Japanese army on there for now though.
