Wow, excellent.

No idea what I would use it for, but it is tempting.

The only realistic application would be a Sealion type scenario.
It was built at Fosters in Lincoln so would undoubtedly be pressed into local service if needed.
It was a heavy beast (80t) so not really very practical to move long distances (though not impossible) but a welcome sight to any defenders no doubt!  Especially in it's later 17pdr guise.  It would be pretty immune to anything under a 75mm gun and it's hybrid transmission was reputedly pretty good and easy to handle, just slow.

Thanks!
Just made the missing driver's hatch.
It's all ready to go to Canada for casting.

I'm also going to send the STZ-65 tractor

Love the TOG2 and the tractor but what is that in the background of the tractor photo you took?

That's a lot of wheels...

Thanks

That was my unfinished Karl Mortar in 1/48

I lost interest in it and sold it on here a while back.

One day I'll do one in 1/56

Brilliant work again, that original turret was just a wooden mock up, but was supposed to have been replaced by a metal prototype that was intended for the TOG 2R and that got replaced by the challenger-ish 17 pounder turret.
