yes Ged is one of my favourites..
but indeed , contrary to appearance, is sufficiently realistic..for example the brown clad Marsouins and Tirailleurs annamites are wearing the ugly Ko which was a Vienamese native type dress quite ugly used as a kind of cheap fatigue dress in alternative to the French uniforms that after some time falled in pieces
