Final Flight, a Solo Pulp Alley AAR
« on: November 27, 2017, 01:49:44 AM »
Dave etal,

I set the game up based on the responses of Dave and others.  I laid out the table as a runway with a lane coming in on the right.  A few buildings sat on the outskirts, along with assorted boxes.  My league was my regular duo, Nick Hammond and Nora Sternwood, supported by four hired Askari soldiers.  Opposing me was the Red Waith's right hand, Dr. Venck, along with Captain Strasser of the Afrika Korps, and four troopers.
The Askaris proved to be very effective in countering the German troops, knocking one completely out of the fight.  While Nick was dealing with more urgent problems, Nora proceeded to grab the needed tickets, as well as taking Lady Elaine from the grasp of the Captain Strasser.  Nora continued to move Elaine towards the waiting flight, while Nick and the Askaris dealt with the meddlesome Germans.
Seven turns found the Mechanic plot point still un-attempted, but Lady Elaine seemed to be safely settled on her flight.  It was a fairly quick and probably not entirely correct solo outing.

                                                                                                                               Nick

Very cool! If you had fun, then you did it correct. That's really all that matters.  ;)

Good game! The best thing about these rules is that FUN comes first.
