Judge Dredd card game from Osprey
« on: November 29, 2017, 05:46:42 PM »
It's based on the Lost Expedition engine, but with tweeks:

However, could this be the start of other 2000AD related games from Osprey, even a miniatures game?
He that trades Liberty for Security will soon find that he has neither.

Another company is making a Dredd card game, too.
Warlord has the miniatures license.

Yes, and possibly a skirmish game.

But I'm talking about a miniatures game like Conan or Imperial Assault, which they may offer as a seperate license. Then there's licenses base on the comic and based on the book, they could be seperate. Like GW's film LotR minis and Mithril's book LotR minis. There are possibilities here.

So a board game that has miniatures, rather than a miniatures game?

I call them miniatures games rather than skirmish games or wargames. Like Mansions of Madness or Lobotmy to give some other examples.
