Engel, thank you as well. Is your signature related to the runes found in the Hagia Sofia? ;)

And the aforementioned second thing I managed to get done: A longboat. Because a viking without a boat is just a common raider.
I used the Revell viking ship, which I've seen used a lot for Tabletop purposes:

I sawed off the bottom so it can be put flatly on the board. A lot of details like oars and shields have been left off because I felt it would clutter the deck and make placing miniatures more difficult.
