Imperial chrysanthemum kamon
« on: December 12, 2017, 10:06:52 AM »
Hi guys, hopefully an incredibly easy question for one of you, was the 16 petal Imperial chrysanthemum mon in use in the 1500s? Was it a commonly recognised emblem of the Emperor that even peasants or farmers would understand the relevance of?

Thanks  :)
