Bit out of my price range, especially with p&p and import and handling duties, but looks interesting. One thing that was missing was the knife being used with a straight edge

Claims to cut pretty much anything apart from glass and metal.

WONDERCUTTER is a machine that easily cuts materials by lowering the coefficient of friction with 40,000 vibrations per second. We can’t really see, or feel the vibration but it cuts materials with rapid oscillation. Like the waterdrops cut through a rock.

Sadly I simply don't have the spare cash for it. I will have to remain an amateur, doomed never to reach expert levels.

Give it 6 months after launch* and the Chinese will have it ripped off, in production and on sale for a quarter of that price.
