I wish I was close enough to drag in any one of my space/scifi armies and give you all what's for.

A friend and I have been trying to decide on a system to use so that we can do an (insert army here) campaign - where we can use anything we can field as a big army.  He, unsurprisingly wants to just call his the Empire, whereas I have been calling my side ORCs...Outer Rim Coalition...

Great to see the carrier project moving along.

Hillarious that you used Barnyard Commandos I vaguely remember them from my wasted youth.

Those Barnyard commandos tanks were perfect.  I built the side rooms to accommodate them. ;)  I should have another ship update next week.  Thanks for following along as the campaign progresses.

Where you out of?  We might have to coordinate sometime.  Me and Maj.  are planning this campaign very loose, which wont tie is down if we need to rearrange stuff.  I'm getting pretty excited for the grand kick off in June.

Thanks man. ;)  Glad people are enjoying it.

I am all the way up in the pacific northwest corner of the continental states.  I am pretty sure y'all are bit more central and south.

Yup I'm in Illinois, and Maj. is Texas.  Why must everyone be so far away.   :'(

Thanks all for the kind remarks.

To Sinewgrab,
We have done some Skype gaming, and will definitely do more. So, there's at least that possibility.

Do you folks post piccies of that action? I'd be curious to see how that works.

We've a good local group, and we occasionally take it on the road, say to Recruits in Kansas City, but I've been an admirer of Sinewgrab's forces for years, and if you got him hooked on distance gaming... ;)

Yeah, I've been waiting for years to figure how to put that in a post. *sigh*

So far, Grove and I have simply skyped. For pics, the "Not This Time, Princess" post was from one of the games.

https://govgensectorsix.blogspot.com/2018/02/tjotms-ep8-not-this-time-princess.html

From my side, I put my tablet up on a ladder above the table so the camera can "see" everything and we run the game that way.
We've done a skirmish game from his house, and I had good visibility to his table as well.

It's worked great so far. We have yet to get a group call going...
