Christmas Eve distressing project, a section of Ground Zero Games Cyclops battlesuits with supporting squad of light infantry.

The infantry are brand-new sculpts, ESU army lads to supplement their exiting Naval infantry.

The Cyclops suits are pretty good scale-jumpers and could be used with 25mm/28nn figs as power armor or robots.  I've mounted these on 1" steel washers.

I had not seen the new ESU army figs yet, and they look great. I am looking at those Cyclops Battle suits and am thinking that the GZG tomorrow wars Brazilians would work great with them.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

Very nice models, well painted.

I have not seen the new GZG figures (I do have a lot of the original 25mm ones).

I suspect autocorrect decided that "Distressing" was more suitable for Christmas Eve than your intended de-stressing ^___^

Nice work.
Those Esu minis are really good.
Mine should arrive soon.
Hopefully Gzg will have more sculpts of them.

The site says the ESU army boys are the first pack in a range, so I expect we'll see more rifles, command, and heavy weapons in fairly short order.  15mm gets the lion's share of GZG's new releases these days - we've had less than a handful of starships in the last three years, and I can't recall the last time 6mm or 25/28mm saw anything new.  Good thing Brigade is out there.

There are some ESU heavy weapons coming soon.   Given task to look doing some new Kra'Vak designs (not started at present due to work & illness).

The latest update on the site says we'll be getting the ESU army range filled out before the end of January, just in time for the holiday voucher discount.
