Here I am again, with some news:) Our new horsemen are finished and ready to go to production:
- Dragoon

- Reiter

- Harquebusier. Faceguard can be opened

or closed

And group photo:

You'll be able to swap horses for more variety if needed, each of them can be used with each of three soldiers.

Great figures. I love that you have focused on standing and walking poses rather than charging!

Thank you all!
We will do attacking and charging figures also - but much later. Before any fight every army should learn how to stand and how to walk :)

Great proportions but these ones look a bit wooden to me...

Those look great, I especially like the infantry officer with two pistols.

The older batch of photographs including the comparison with Warlord's Wallenstein figure can't be seen because Photobucket is awful. Can you repost them, please?

Tried to fix it, I can see it now. But if there's still a problem - please tell me!
Now we're working on the couple of musketeers in firing position, to complete the serie. As for this infantry officer with pistols - he's really impressive, agreed. But we'll correct him a little before production: pistols looks too thin, we'll 'inflate' them a little (but they still will be looking like real weapon, not wooden logs :) )

Here's my comparison shot. Sorry I'm such a poor photographer.

The figures are, from left to right, Foundry, Warlord Games, TAG, Avanpost, Perry and Bohemian Troops. The Warlord Games figure is a conversion but it's the only figure of theirs I had to hand and the converting hasn't altered the height of the figure. Both the TAG and Bohemian Troops figures are later ones in their ranges, which are taller than the earlier ones they produced. The TAG figure is one of my personal favourites.

Paul, as I can see, that officer' sword is bent a little. To fix it put the figure (or just the sword) into hot water (60-70 Celsium degrees) for a 2-4 seconds. This resin have some kind of memory and will straighten itself. Or, if there will be need, you may help it with fingers.

And thank a lot for this photo!

Oleg: many thanks. It sounds like what I used to do with Airfix figures almost 50 years ago.

All you need to do to place an order is send me a message by e-mail (avanpost.miniatures@gmail.com) with prod.numbers of miniatures you want to purchase and amount of each position you want to buy. We (I mean 'Avanpost' studio :) )do accept Paypal payments. Ah, and ofcourse I need to know customer's address (or at least counriy) to add shipping cost.
I will calculate total sum of the order, and will send it to you to confirm.
Orders are sent by Russian post. According to my experience, it takes about 2 weeks to be delivered to UK or EU countries. After sending I'll give the tracking number to watch its movement. And in any case, I'm keeping an eye on every parcel until it received
