Colonel Bill has a good rep as far as I am aware, so hope this wrinkle does not affect you too badly. Whatever the issue, I hope it gets resolved for the best.

Yes, hopefully it won't affect the business greatly during January. Mrs Col. Bill will no doubt step in to help Stu out as much as possible with the day to day running of the office and the mail orders, and I and the other staff members will do as much as we can to help out as well.

Things should have sorted themselves by the time the show season starts, at the back end of January.
