Sorry, WK. Didn't think to exclude you from my ranting. Feel free to carry on being reasonable and everything.  lol

Guys, I really don't like the way you're choosing to discuss things. Please be tolerant and polite, that's LAF, I won't allow that sort of rants and will delete the posts/topics like this without warning or explanation.

I'm just intolerant towards intolerance. You'll have to live with it.

Please accept my apologies for my bad language Prof.

Not the place for it.

For God's sake, just fucking leave it will you guys? :-[

Some people like them, some people don't. I'm sick of this escalating pissing contest on every bloody site. I may have contributed to it once or twice on Frothers, and I'm sorry I did.

And now you've made me swear on the LAF! Only Hammers is allowed to do that!

Don't mind if I do.  ;)
Got confirmation that my order is shipping today, so looking forward to get them so I can find out once and for all what they're like. I'm sure I'll find a use for them either way (if the worst should happen, they'd be easily made into casualty figures). :)

 lol

It's true nothing beats lead, not even paper!

but I must admit some of the new plastic minis are fun to assemble and paint! most of all there is some nostalgic feeling about it!
Last weekend I stole a couple of victrix miniatures from my father, and I felt again like a 10 year old boy assembling and painting the escii or airfix tanks!
When I was a kid the only soldiers we had in Portugal were the plastic ones, this is like reliving that time again! I really don't know how to explained it but I felt loads of nostalgia!
And I'm also very happy that I will have a couple of plastic soldiers I can give to my daughter for her to start playing!

 :)
Cheers,
Pedro

GW does not go straight from render to sprue. They like Victrix and WL do a 3 up and pantograph it.

Still, dont let facts get in the way of a good rant eh.

Never stopped you there pal.

Anyway I tire of this, so lets agree to disagree on the whole WF issues, we will never see eye to eye on this and people are rightly fed up of our ratings as we are polarised in our views.
