WW1 in 12mm, by Great Escape Games
« on: March 03, 2018, 01:31:37 PM »
In a major departure for both GEG and myself, here's some very tiny fellas in 12mm. Before these the smallest I'd painted were 1/72 plastics. There's a surprising amount of deep detailing and character in these wee chaps and they should respond very well to inks and washes for painters in a hurry.

First up are 1914 BEF.

And some 1914 Germans. Now, I am willing to accept that there may have been some German officers in WW1 who didn't wear a monocle, but I decided the chances were so slim that he just had to have one.

Oh nice. Beautifully painted as can be expected - still very much your trademark style despite the scale. Is there any more info on these?

Well, I do know that this is just the tip of the iceberg from Great Escape Games, so I guess they'll reveal all later!

I don’t know how you have time to paint such amazing stuff, tending to your harem of sheep over there! ;)
