Over the last week or so I've been slightly side-tracked with

Fantastic! is that full head swap on Judge Minty or just a mod?

With 3 judges outside that cursed earth pawnbrokers, no mutie is going to even think of stealing from there!

On the Minty figure,
Sculpted a new head. Re worked the knee and elbow pads, plus the left shoulder. New right hand and staff. Then re sized the helmet and detail. Plus a new name badge , not easy to see in the picture but it reads 'Dag' (seemed appropriate  ) removed the hand from the pistol holstered it,and finally added cuffs to the gloves.
The other two are imperial guard conversions. Started painting at half twelve stopped to do the school run at quarter to three. Finished based and varnished by ten to five.
