Matchlock Miniatures have a few offerings in their "Wayne's World Of Wonder Catalogue - Retro Sci-Fi 28mm" collection.

http://www.miniaturefigurines.co.uk/Catalogue.aspx?ScaleID=23&CategoryID=85&SubCategoryID=368

Pepperpot Hunter - Absolom Daak (Doctor Who)
Mercenary - Grimjack (Grimjack)
Chrononaut Grandfather - Doctor Who (Dalek Movies)

There are probably more, but my knowledge of British indy comics isn't great, anyone else able to help?

An alternative chrominance grandfather can be found as Professor Peter Cushion in the lost world range from Antediluvian Miniatures.

Quest Miniatures do a "Spawn" which is rather large but would scale well with BMG:

Having trouble with the URL, has the site moved, anyone?

A couple of unexpected offerings in other miniatures ranges:

Infinity:

The "Zeros Hacker" (on the left) makes a decent Abe Sapien

"Corregidor Bandits" with Boarding shotgun

I converted this into an "Arrow" Anarky by replacing the machete with a stun baton.

Warmachine/Hordes:

I'm planning to use "Scaverous" as Nekron (DC comics) as the Heroclix versions lack the menace I'm after for a major villain:

With a purple and green paint scheme, "Vayl" makes for a nice Lilith (Marvel):

Great find. Others include:

Axel Pressbutton (from Warrior) - RSF 09
Laser Eraser (Axel's partner) - RSF 03

A couple of others look familiar but I can't quite place them.

I'm not sure if they're in-production anymore, but Lucid Eye's Savage Core have a couple of offerings:

Za Khor (Jungle Lord)

A decent Ka-Zar for Marvel fans.

Harranna (Jungle Queen)

An appropriate Shanna the She-Devil.

Reaper do a fine Sabretooth Cat for Zabu.

Incidentally, if someone has these kicking around, I'll happily take them off your hands.  :D

Some work in progress techno-magic aliens:

Hasslefree Daev

Hasslefree Mythic Helen.

Still a lot of work to do.

Been a while, but I dug some more stuff up. This time, RAFM's USX range:

http://www.rafm.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=RAF&Category_Code=USXMin

Desiree Dark, Mercenary (She really looks like someone, maybe an Image comics character? But I can't put my finger on it.)
Burt Jackson (Jack Burton - Big Trouble in Little China)
El Rojo (Grifter - Wild CATS/DC)
Gloria with Knives/Uziz (Alice - Resident Evil)
Mad Daddy (Big Daddy - Kick-Ass)
Baby Doll (Hit Girl - Kick-Ass)

Again, there are probably more, but I'm not totally across all the pop culture stuff that others may be.

I think she is supposed to be Selene from the Underworld films.

Dionne from Hasslefree and the Werewolf Hunter from Copplestone are better.

I'm going for completeness here, not objective quality.  ;)

Something different this time, a Shapeways store aimed at the Heroclix crowd. I've bought a couple of this guy's prints and they're pretty decent, though my Rom needed a lot of cleaning. Atomic Robo was nice though.
https://www.shapeways.com/shops/butterknife?li=pb
As these are scaled for Heroclix, they're a bit on the big side, which really didn't bother me for Rom and Robo.

Scary, skinny man with gas mask (Scarecrow - Arkham Knight)
Robot Punch (Atomic Robo)
Mindless Rock Monsters (Mindless Ones - Marvel Comics)
Cape Man (Superman)
Pig Face (Kilowog - DC)
Maximum Hair Styles (The Maxx - Savannah)
Antman normal sized (Possibly Ant-Man or could be Killer Moth?)
Couple of girls up to no good (Misty Knight and Coleen Wing - Marvel)
Sillybot 1 (Dalek)
Sillybot 2 (Special Weapons Dalek - Remembrance of the Daleks)
Sillybot King (Dalek Emperor - New Who)
Motorcycle police from the future (Judge Dredd on bike - 2000AD)
Square Chin's friend (Batman)
Square Chin (Superman)
Cape man beefed up (Superman)
Orange Dude (Michelangelo - TMNT)
Jumpy Girl (Batgirl - Barbara Gordon)
Wise Rat (Splinter - TMNT)
Sports Fanatic (Casey Jones - TMNT)
Resized Purple Dude (Donatello - TMNT)
Blue Dude (Leonardo - TMNT)
Sticky hands Pete (Spider-Man)
That Guy who lives in your dreams (Mister Fear I think?)
Rip in half (Sentry killing Ares from Siege - Marvel)
Bodacious Bug Man (Killer Moth - DC)
Bugs Von Wiggles (Green Lantern Corps - DC)
Old Hob 4inch (Old Hob - TMNT)
Finhead the Cop (Savage Dragon - Image)
Slashnomask4inch (Slash - TMNT)
Animal Soldier (Rocksteady - TMNT)
Mouse Master (Rat King - TMNT)
Toe Ninjas (Foot Clan - TMNT)
Ninja Girl (Shredder's female offsider I don't know her name - TMNT)
Hobo Cat (Old Hob - TMNT)
Brainwashed Dude (Slash - TMNT)
Belly Face (Krang - TMNT)
Red Dude (Raphael - TMNT)
Spacey Box Head (Rom the Space Knight - Marvel/IDW)
Alien Gorilla (He's from Annihilation, but I can't remember his name - Marvel)
The Big Lucha (Bane - DC)
Smarty Bug (Green Lantern Corps - DC)
Angry Tennis Ball (Green Lantern Corps - DC)
Angry Snapper (Tokkar - TMNT)
Animal Punk (Bebop - TMNT)

Again, probably a few I missed there or got wrong. Interesting side note, this guy has a blog out there with a few unreleased sculpts, including Doctor Dinosaur (Atomic Robo). From what I can tell, he actually got hired by Wizkids as a digital sculptor, which is how I think he's still getting away with his stuff, as he's an open secret in the Clix community.

Interesting little find this morning, Willy Miniatures "Vampire Cheerleader"

http://willyminiatures.com/product/vampire-cheerleader/

Would make a nice alternate Black Mamba or Princess Python.
