Can the Black Dossier missions from the old Shocking Tales be used in the new edition? If not, is there any plans for a Black Dossier expansion?

They should work fine in second edition. Possibly they will be re-jigged (...and re-sold...) for 'proper' completism...but that is a way off yet. As each Dossier is a separate gaming world they kinda balance themselves imho and should be fine as is. :)
