Mad Maximillian Light Anti-Tank Cannon
« on: February 01, 2018, 12:34:34 PM »
I'm looking for some suitable weapons to be used as Light Anti-Tank rifle/cannon for Mad Maximillian vehicles.

I know that I can buy figures for WWII firing Anti-Tank rifles - but are there sources for the weapon on it's own?

Yeah, just realised that...but you have to buy a big pack of accessories to get 1 cannon.

Weirdly somebody asked in another thread about the same weapons for WWWII.

Looks like The Assault Group have some likely contenders.

Company B has accessories for various vehicles, including Boys Rifles and various MGs.  Mostly WWII-era, but there are Lewis guns, 37 mm cannon, Tesla cannons.. lots of scope for kitbashing!

Check the AFV Accessories button on the left side menu:  http://www.companyb.biz/

Pulp Figures has deck guns for pulp-era tramp steamers; some of them could probably be repurposed for Mad Maximilian:

Oh man, imagine the fun of a harpoon gun!  :-*

I bought a bunch of Russian Anti-Tank Rifles and some MG34s from TAG - they're looking good on my cars.

One of the minis from the new(ish) GW plastic House Orlock gang has a harpoon gun which, IMHO,  would look great on a Mad Maximillian car - have a look on E-Bay thru' the bitz suppliers - being GW its more vehicle weapon size than personal weapon size and looks like it would happily punch through a light tank.

cheers
