This has progressed somewhat from my opening remark that it was a “side project”.
A bit of background:
Whitechapel Horror! is my project to create a solo and cooperative game of Victorian Gothic Horror. The setting is Whitechapel, in the destitute East End of London, just before the turn of the 19th century. Hiding in plain sight, vampires have made this area their home. Though terrified of the regular bloodletting, Whitechapel's residents are ignorant of the bloodlust that moves freely amongst them. But the vampire presence isn’t unknown to all: there are vampire hunters - bold and brave men and women - who have become aware of this evil and hunt it down, determined to eliminate it first in Whitechapel and then from England. For a consolidated summary of my LPL13 of 2019 painting competition entries - all of which were for this project - please see here:

A side project that is my first foray into Gothic Horror.
The Victorian East End: a WIP build of a Whitechapel slaughterhouse:
The buildings, with modest modifications by me, are all from Oshiro Model Terrain.
http://www.oshiromodelterrain.co.uk/victorianbuildings.htmlVery pleased with the Oshiro product and at some point I shall add terraced houses etc.
Next steps though are to add the roof tiles (provided by Oshiro) and various gates.
PS:
Nothing is as yet painted just undercoat
