Nice work on the brick! :-* Are you going to do anything with the windows or just assume that they are grime covered?

Thanks all  :)

Are you going to do anything with the windows or just assume that they are grime covered?

The window frames were backed* with clear styrene before being fitted ....

..... and the plan is to scrape the paint from the centres of the panes (which feels like it will be a chore but is preferable to trying to fit the glass after). If scraping doesn’t work - it did in testing - then they’ll be left grimy.

EDIT
* IIRC, they were tacked on with UHU then had a bead of thin superglue to secure

In contemplating the right amount of horse crap texture and generic ‘brown staining’ to add to the yard (and to the road sections in due course), I found this interesting article on the state of Victorian London streets.

Absolutely stunning - the colour of the bricks looks spot on and the added dirt makes it look completely real :-*

Most excellent, as usual.
Just needs a little old man with a broom, shovel & hand cart.
Well someone needs to tidy it up & the muck is good for the rhubarb.
Mind you here in Prof. Middleton's home for the perpetually bewildered, we 'ave custard on our's.
