I think for now I've finished, 1-5 Gladiators for each player are enough for play with Ferrum et Gloria.
I'm considering to use the Ziterdes "Tomb of Balin" diorama as an arena, I will just add some more highlights. (I've yet this diorama from years).
Yes, it's not an historic arena, but it seem fine for play with Ferrum et Gloria.
