Using some leftover bits I constructed this small ship.
I call it Grebbestad class Clipper. Name or class may change in the future but it will do for now.
Its meant to represent a smaller ship used for transporting people, messages or small amount of cargo at high speed.
I hope to include it in a special scenario in the future.

Agreed; that's a good looking ship, which can feature in a whole range of special scenarios.

Something like an escort mission immediately comes to mind, but I reckon it would be quite a challenge without any special rules, cloaking device or stealth option, considering the absolutely brutal damage dealt in the game...

You might be able to outmaneuver UCM or PCR (mind those broadsides though), but Scourge or Shaltari would be quite the puzzle.

But for the same reasons I've been thinking of getting that pre-UCM ship that Hawk/TTC brought out last year. It's cruiser sized, so a bit more robust (but seriously undergunned), but could be used in the same types of missions.

I bought the Resistance starter box just for the ability to build some fun ships, and its full of potential... I am really tempted to buy another for the bits alone...

Over the planet of Solvor the UCM have made contact with an unknown source.
A closer inspection revel it to be a civilian version of an strike carrier of unknown origin.

The ship is escorted into UCM controlled space for further investigation.

The Sven Hedin explorer ships is a one of a kind, sparing no expense the ship have all the tools mankind can but together for its many explorations of all the space anomalies.
