Pulp Alley AAR: Tomb of the Serpent - What Lies Beneath
« on: February 28, 2018, 05:24:26 PM »

Acting on a Tip about Servants of Apophis there, the Lost Girls have returned to the Turniket Oasis, and there they discover the very last thing they expected to find -- a Vice Alley scenario.  But, it happens to be the best scenario I could find to depict What Lies Beneath the crumbling Roman Ruins at the old oasis...

Desperate oaths, chilling photographs, and the Lost Shrine of Marmo-Seti lie buried under the sands to the right:  https://imgur.com/gallery/vZQ98

The above was Rags' solo game, but we followed it up with a two man game, where I played my Sherlock league and Rags played the Servants of Apophis. No AAR here but--cutting to the chase--Sherlock lost. Not even close. Great fun, though. And also--we hauled Rags' terrain over the the Gamehaus in Glendale, Califoria. It's a great place with lots of tables and thousands of boardgames available to play. Here's a picture of the Baker Street League while they're all still fresh and optimistic:

And a wholly inadequate shot of the interior of the Gamehaus:
