Looks awesome, some of your bits would definitely work for 15mm! ;)

Thank again  :)

Made a little Tibanna gas storage tank. The top is an old acrylic display dome and the bottom is a plastic cotton bud box with lots of bits added. The colour of the tank harks back to some of the pre-production art by Ralph McQuarrie. Doing a bigger version (more tanks) would be cool  8)

Superb, the lines and shapes on the bottom part make it very Star Wars in feel.  :)

Thanks chaps  8)

I’ve got some more rock piles to cut up and another building on the go. The first building is in its mould box curing and I’ll be casting it this coming week  :)

This is so incredibly STARWARS! You've hit the look not only by McQuarrie's colour!

Superb! Any tips on your approach to the lovely gubbins beneath the dome?

Cheers gents  :)

Superb! Any tips on your approach to the lovely gubbins beneath the dome?

It's just a case of going through my bits boxes (of which there are many and sorted in degrees of size) and seeing what works. I'll have a rough idea for what to put in a particular area and then I'll spend time looking for bits that fit that idea. For this build it was mainly bits that could either hang down or stand up from flat surfaces. There's quite a bit of normal microstrip there as well.
