Congo available as a pdf?

I can’t find any sign of a pdf version of Congo anywhere but I thought I’d mention it here in case I’ve missed something.

I’ve got to the stage (and age) where I’m trying to unload stuff like rulesets rather than adding to them - hence the preference for a pdf version. And now I’ve got a decent tablet (iPad - other fine tablets are available), the pdf option is much more viable.
