Primaris Crimson Fists - Warhammer 40k

Well I’ve managed to finally get three squads of Primaris Marines done for my Crimson Fists. I really like this model and I have to say they are more fun to paint than normal marines.
First up I’ve done a squad of Hellblasters:
I think the plasma coils on these boys have come out really well.
Next I have done two five man squads of Intercessors:
Like I say I have really enjoyed painting these guys and I’m pleased with how they have turned out. I’m going to try my hand at some characters next.
There’s some more pictures spread over numerous posts and other hobby related bits over on my blog at:

Nicely done. Very smooth brush-work. I always liked the Crimson Fists.

Thanks mate! They’ve always been a favourite of mine. I’ve already got around 200 normal marines so these Primaris reinforcements are a welcome addition.

They look like taken from the catalogue. Stunningly clean brushwork!
Others may disagree, but those Primaris standards are simply the best thing that could've happened to the Space Marine range. Love them.

Cheers Doc! I find it easier to invest in delivering good paint jobs on models that you enjoy painting and I really did enjoy painting these guys. I actually did them one at a time so that I could focus on painting each one to the best of my ability. It takes longer but the results tend to be better. I am in agreement; the Primaris releases have reinvigorated the Space Marines for me!
