I love the figures Greg' and I think the composition of the entry is great, but I do feel like the bright green storefront kind of overpowers the miniatures a bit... :?

I agree with Heldrak.  In addition, there's an over-reliance on the black-and-tan theme.  Those females need a splash of color for variety.

Although I really like the bright green buildings and the rest of the background in the first shot, Jase won my vote because I liked his colors, painting and total feel more. All five of them have so much character...terrific work on them Jan!

Excellent work both.
Voting doesnot mean that the other has lost in this case. Its just a quick decision.

Ladies got the vote, but I would also comment that they need more colour(s)!

Lawmen also are a little too blue/gray for my taste, but the denim in first is very good!

I love the clean look of the lawmen. Not enough skin for the sisters. ;D Great bases for the sister also.

Jase, I don' t understand  : you wrote in the first round that you want to use the LPL to improve your painting, but are you sure you can do better than these ?  :-*  ;)

About the tan and dark blue color sheme : that was a deliberate choice to not use more colors on those girls. Apparently not a good choice.
The green house is not mine, it's been painted by a friend who own that blog : http://fig-garou-magazine.blogspot.com/
I agree that my picture's lights was not good and to be honnest, when I saw 'what' I was against, I knew I was going to loose... I m still very thanksfull to the ones who still voted for me on that round.

For next round, I've tried to add more color !
