10mm Trains
« on: March 06, 2018, 09:53:53 AM »
My main interest at the moment is the ACW, the first real railroad war, in 10mm, but there are, I am sure, many looking at this scale for the Old West in general (think "last Train to Uma" etc).   Sadly none of the ranged I have considered (I use Pendraken ACW figures) make trains or carriages or anything related in this scale (that is pretty true for most periods): can anyone suggest a supplier that I could use?

Thanks, guys.

You’ll probably have to resort to railway manufacturers and N gauge and even then, finding a suitable Old West loco might be problematic.
cheers

Del Prado have made some trains that are the right scale for 10mm figures, but not sure if they have done old west style ones. I have a couple for WWII games.

There is an armoured train in the Pendraken Boer War range - not sure if it would work for ACW

Del Prado did indeed some suitable locos for Old West.
Try to contact them if they still have them available.

I recently sold off my 10mm ACW collection (Via LAF), but the buyer didn't want my railway bits. I have an N gauge western loco with three
cattle wagons. If you are interested, make me an offer. I am in the UK (Rugby).
