Mounted French dragoon command (at long last !) :





Very nice figures with one minor gripe : they should have been sculpted with buckled leggings rather than standard cavalry boots. They are available as part of a mounted/dismounted regiment deal on the North Star website (the deal's excellent value at nearly 40% off by the way). Dunno if they will be available separately but I see no reason why they shouldn't be.

On the Spanish side, a command group's also been added, though these worthies have no troopers to command at the moment unless I missed something :

Why no troops? Seems odd.

Many thanks for sharing!   Great news for all XVII c.painters and specially for "Later tercios" lovers like me 

they may add some cuirassiers too,  Spaniards used at leas breast plate well until mid 1680 in their "caballos corazas" units.
