Training day at the TCW
« on: April 01, 2018, 06:39:06 PM »
Here are some action shots of the recent training day at the TCW facility here in Little Rock.  The guys are training for the big show in Kansas City in June at Border Wars.  The day featured a best of five between the Junkyard Dog and Hacksaw Jim Duggan with the Dog winning 3-2.  The rules mechanics are working very well, but the solitaire version needs a bit of refining.  Hope you enjoy.

Guys, thank you.  Trying to find something different to run at gaming Cons and this sets up like a gladiator game, but with more angles.

WOOOoooo!  That's awesome.  Nice shot of the Nature Boy and Enforcer in the audience.  Wrestling would make for a great variation on gladiator games but the real magic would be the management side with swerves and out of ring drama as part of the package.

Horrid,

Indeed. I'm currently developing rules for solitaire play with an owner mode where you can be the owner/manager of a State, Territory, Regional or National Wrestling Federation. This option comes with or without Angles with the wrestlers...meaning you can declare "Joe Bob" is going to turn Heel, we are bringing in a new Babyface and we want him to compete for the belt, etc.  Likewise, there will be a random event table for stuff that happens IRL that the owner has no control of, particularly other Federations stealing your wrestlers.  Demo at Border Wars in Kansas City next weekend, should be fun.
