Oh yes, there was also the Richard O Sullivan Dick Turpin and a Treasure Island series around the same time, that was when kids TV was good. Oh and Brian Blessed in the 80s too

Yep, Richard O Sullivan as Turpin and his mate Swiftnick. I don't remember Treasure Island though.
