Well I've lead an evil life, so they say, but I'll outrun the Devil on judgement day.

All dressed up for Saturday night on the town with his pink shirt, pinstripes, and bad attitude!
Got to kick at the darkness till it bleeds daylight.

Lookin' great!

I read somewhere that pink was a masculine color until fairly recently.

Reminds me of the time I was prepping for one of those ersatz 'old-timey' photos tourists get in the Black Hills. I was putting on a pink shirt and my wife was bewildered.

Black and white photo m'dear. ;)

He certainly was a manly fella.

I believe Dr. Mathias is correct. To the Victorians pink was the colour for boys and blue for girls. Pink is after all simply light red (some languages don't have a separate word for pink), and red was seen as an active, aggressive colour, while blue was considered peaceful, passive and feminine.
