Galactic Heroes preview: Victory Robot Legion

I had the great pleasure of hosting 4 different Fistful of Lead games at TwisterCon in Oklahoma City this weekend. Friday we did classic FfoL, Saturday morning and afternoon FfoL Horse & Musket. Saturday night, a few lucky players got to try Galactic Heroes. Dash Dixon had to get robot carrying plans to Emperor Xorg-Khan's Doom Moon to their waiting ship.

Love those Hydra Miniatures figures in the FfoL Galactic Heroes game. Very much looking forward to seeing the rules.

Most had played FfoL so didn't have to explain much other than the relevant changes. It went pretty quick. Dash went down early, but being the hero he is, has "9 Lives" allowing him to ignore the first Out of Action result. Then, of course he got knocked out the next turn.
Stella Starfire used her sonic boomerang to great effect, knocking out two Imperial Guard (me) in one throw. The Robots pretty much sat back and watched us kill each other.
