Fuhrer Begleit Brigade

Hi All.
Thought you might be interested in a new(ish) project to build up part of the Fuhrer Begleit Brigade (FBB) for my late war collection. I started it a few months back and am pretty much there with the panzer regiment.

Next up are the 1st and 2nd panzer grenadier battalions of the FBB Panzer Grenadier Regiment.
Hope you like it.

Thanks for sharing your project. Interesting to see another variant of the Jadgpanzer IV L 70. You always see in pictures the more sleek low profile version and not this model (a) version.
Lovely work.

Thanks everyone. The panzer regiment has fought a couple of times (with mixed results!) but the panzer grenadier regiment is still taking shape. Those blasted vehicle crew figures!! Am having a big terrain building week in April and hope to post a lot more of my WWII stuff after that. Please keep checking back.

Love it. As Helen has mentioned, I also loved seeing the Alket JP IVs.
What scale are these (well, all the models & figs)? I found the Ready-to-Roll range - those bases look like they are moulded on.

Lovely work and I found the IV (a)s particularly interesting, didn’t know about those.

Yes, it is an interesting and nice looking vehicle. All the models are 20mm and yes, you are right, the bases are moulded on, as they are on most of the RTR range. Minimum assembly and nice models.

The 1st (armoured) battalion now has transport (at last!!). Please take a look and let me know what you think.
