It took me some time, but I've finished it! You saw some progress on the little beast, so let's go on.

Instead of a saddle, like the one on RhoCII, I built a full seat. This is a slow, quite mount, not a cybersteed. The head is from a serum vial again:

The idea of Sancho Panzer being a rogue Squat engineer was too funny to let it go. I didn't have any Squats, so this WHFB Dwarf had to do...

So I finally got this:

So please let me show you the Dynamic Appliance for Plural Purposes and Leverage Endeavours (D.A.P.P.L.E.) ;D

Let's spill some paint on it!

Ahem. Seriously, does anyone have the recipe for the dapple colour? ??? These two pics were taken within like ten seconds. The same mini, different light. Sigh.

This is the final result:

"What Gargants?" said Sancho Panzer.
"Those thou seest there," answered his master, "with the long arms, chainswords and guns, and some have them nearly two leagues long."
"Look, your worship," said Sancho; "what we see there are not Gargants but moisture vaporators, and what seem to be their arms are the sails that turned by the wind make the engine go."
"It is easy to see," replied Don Quirixote, "that thou art not used to this business of adventures; those are Ork Gargants; and if thou art afraid, away with thee out of this and betake thyself to prayer while I engage them in fierce and unequal combat."
So saying, he gave the spur to his steed RhoCII, heedless of the cries his squire Sancho sent after him, warning him that most certainly they were moisture vaporators and not Ork Gargants he was going to attack. He, however, was so positive they were Gargants that he neither heard the cries of Sancho, nor perceived, near as he was, what they were, but made at them shouting, "Fly not, cowards and vile beings, for a single knight attacks you."

 :D

You can find the whole process on the blog.

I don't feel I have the strenght to make a full Quixote ambientation into a RT-like setting right now, but oh, doesn't it sound like fun? :D Some day, some day...

Sancho Panzer

Very good. Very good, indeed!

And now, to complete the pun, you must build the steed Rustinante.
