Looks to me like an STZ-5. The left cab door might be open, making it look an odd shape.

Maybe a Voroshilovets?

Also, the canopy over the back is hiding that part, which isn't helpful.

Thanks but not Voroshilovets as not enough wheel and too many wheels for an STZ-5...

Yes YA-12. The one in the OP photo is a late model one; they removed the wooden side bins on the later ones, which is why the track guard looks different.
