Miniature ID - help needed

Hello,

can someone help me to identify the miniature in front of the picture (without helmet and with cape and chainmail).

I have no idea, first thought it could be Vendel but did not find evidence for that. Any help would be great.

Picture is from Schildschmiede and used without their permission. I will delete it if the owner of the pic wants me to do so.
