Next is the lower window detail and tower details.

I'm going to use a bit of artistic licence and use round pillars instead of square in a couple of places. Mostly as I don't want to have to make another corinthian capital!  I don't think anyone will notice...

I'm going to cast the window infill panels as quite a few are broken and I figure itll be easier to make plaster look broken.

I take that as a compliment :D

I'm hoping my plaster will arrive today so I can start casting pillars.  I also need to sort the blocked window moulds should just be a few layers of MDF.

The vast majority of the structure is laser cut so it will be quick to build but I'm awaiting for another order of MDF.
The work will be in detailing and battle damage.

The hardest bits will be the portico freeze and the two freezes down either side of the main entrance.  Not really sure how to do them.  I might make them form PVC and engrave it in by hand....  or I could laser engrave in MDF...  but it'll be a problem.

The other bits that need thinking about are the satues and stone jar things on the top. I can sculpt/cast the jar things but statues will need to be bought.

How tall is the frieze and how tall does the statuary need to be?

First significant cock up.  The tower above the pillers isn't how I thought.  Fixed now.

Now with pic
The foamboard is just to fill the gap. It'll be covered or replaced!

The freezes are about 30mm wide and 150mm tall. The portico will be around 250mm wide.

Why not print the freezes Rich? You could print multiple copies and do it 3D decoupage style (if that makes any sense) so some bits sit forward so there’s some depth to the freeze but you don’t have to sculpt it

I had to roll back the technology choice there, I was thinking you meant 3D printing, then I realised you meant paper printing ^__^.

You could laser etch the majority of the frieze but have cut outs to take various size figures.

Lol, yes I was suggesting the old fashioned way. It'd save a lot of drawing in a CAD program
