I have not had much hobby time this week. But I have had time to make a flight stand for my Blackhawk so it can gain a bit of altitude. I am still debating with myself if I should paint the foot of the stand a sandy color to camouflage it a bit.

Bloody hell, you've been busy. It's all looking very good. The walls are cleverly done. Bird looks better black too and yes, I think I would do the base.

Thanks guys.
I have managed to finish these two Tier 1 operators / Private contractors. These are going to be the last for a while as I am going to shift my painting efforts to the Baltic Crusades.

Well the last miniatures.. I still have a bit of terrain ideas I want to get out of my system. First off i a crashed Blackhawk. after painting all those somali militia guys and a Blackhawk. It seemed only fitting to have a downed Blackhawk. I have moved a bit out of my comfort zone with this one. Usually when I paint windows I do them black with some greyish lines. Here I have tried to paint a horizon reflecting in the windows. So that the Blackhawk would not just be black with black. I am not sure I am entirely satisfied with the results. But the result is not as bad that I feel I have to redo it.

It looks great if you ask me. I look forward to seeing it up close. Hopefully with three MEGA flakguns blasting my infantry to smithereens.
Cheers

I think it looks good.
Now you need an upside-down Orlando falling out of the sky.

What I really need is some pilots. I can’t really find any downed pilots.

Also Empress in Modern British, and MoFo (via Badger or Gripping Beast) in Rangers/Delta (for Mogadishu). I believe that Mongrel have '80s Russians, but they're probably not what you want.
