Beautifully done Orctrader. The colors are so natural looking and the face is radiant. I have to try some of the leaf litter on my bases, really love the effect it adds. :)

Lovely! :-* I particularly like the hair.

I've been hanging on to one of those for a long while now, too. Once I get through the LPL I'll have to put her in the painting queue...

 8) I particularly like the vibrant green of her pants, very strong colour, especially when taken against the rest of the muted colours.

I'm sure this sounds like a stupid question, how do you do the leaves?  ???

Orctrader, there are some days that I see your work, and just want to throw my brushes to the cat. Beautiful job there.

One day I may have the patience to sit down, practice, and learn to paint properly. Until that day, I shall continue to drool over work like this!

Still speechless today - yesterday I had to turn off my computer when I saw this, felt so quilty about drybrushing my nice GZG spaceships with a size 4 brush while watching what some people can do  >:(

Thanks for commenting.  Very much appreciated.  Glad you like it.   :)

I'm sure this sounds like a stupid question, how do you do the leaves?  ???

Not a stupid at all.
I bought the leaf litter from here.

http://www.barrule.com/workshop

After painting the base – dark green in this case – I apply, using a small brush, some watered down PVA glue where I want the leaves – one blob of glue per leaf.  Attach the leaves one by one with tweezers and leave over night.
Then, as the leaves are all brown, I stain some of them with reds, greens and “golden” browns for the autumn look.  As you can’t see that clearly due to the angle of the shot here is another figure where I used the same method.

Hope that helps.
