The former is closed down now, owner had health problems iirc, can't say about the latter.

Until recently, I was the UK distributor for Mirliton and can vouch for them.  If you are interested in their 15 mm ranges I still hold considerable stocks.

Never had a problem with Mirliton, or Vexillia for that matter.  Black Cat used to be fine, but that was over a decade ago and as mentioned they've had health issues and are mostly(?) shut down.

Black Cat used to be great, then they had big health problems. Last I heard they were getting back to normal.

I have ordered a few minis from Black Cat Bases recently (January 2018). It took them a couple of weeks, but the miniatures arrived. No complaints here.

I ordered from Black Cat Bases last December and the items arrived promptly in Australia a few weeks after ordering.

I was quite happy with their service.

I have been a regular buyer over the past year and no problems at all. Latest order arrived yesterday having ordered at the weekend. All good.

Mirliton are very reliable. And dangerous, so I try not to go to their site too often.  ;) You can feel very safe ordering from them.

Black Cat were great, then struggled.  They did well my last order so I guess they are, as folks have said, getting back on their feet again.  I hope so; I quite like some of their figures.
